Leah is a Certified Empowerment Coach, an Accredited Energy Leadership Coach, and    a certified Group Fitness instructor.  She has spent many years Coaching and Guiding  within her varied careers:  Fitness Director and Instructor for a Women’s fitness center, and Guiding/leading active travel vacations in the Canadian Rockies, New Zealand, France, United States and spent many years in Italy.

Leah currently lives in California. She travels often for coaching engagements and guiding hiking & cycling trips.

Of the many accomplishments the she has achieved in her life, Leah is most connected to her ability to listen well, respond effectively, and understand compassionately!
